SPAWN

Spawn character, created by Todd McFarlane for Image Comics, is a former government assassin named Al Simmons who, after being betrayed and killed, returns from Hell as a supernatural antihero. In this project, the iconic character is brought to life through meticulous texturing in Substance Painter, where each layer enhances the depth and detail of his signature suit. The look development and rendering were carried out in Cinema 4D using Octane Render, creating a realistic, moody atmosphere that captures Spawn’s dark aesthetic. Every texture and lighting setup was carefully crafted to emphasize the character’s hellish origins and gritty realism.
